Submission

When you submit a business listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to use any photos, logos, or content submitted
• The business is legitimate and legally operating
• The business serves Filipino food or products

Review and Approval

We reserve the right to:

• Review all listing submissions before publication
• Accept or reject any listing at our sole discretion
• Edit listing content for clarity, accuracy, or formatting
• Remove or modify listings that violate these Terms
• Verify business information before publication

Content License

By submitting a listing, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content for the purpose of operating and promoting our Services.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Submit listings for businesses you do not own or represent

Fees

Billing

Featured listing subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your featured listing subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• We reserve the right to refuse refunds except as required by law

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or businesses. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

9. Disclaimers
