The Problem
Filipino food is everywhere.
Finding it shouldn't be this hard.
You know the feeling. You're craving crispy lechon kawali or your lola's kare-kare, and you start the familiar ritual: endless Google searches, scrolling through outdated Yelp listings, asking in Facebook groups, and hoping someone knows a spot nearby.
Filipino food is one of the world's most exciting cuisines (bold, comforting, and deeply tied to family and memory) but finding it in America has been unnecessarily hard. Despite being one of the largest Asian-American communities in the country, our restaurants and businesses remain tucked into strip malls, operating out of home kitchens, popping up at weekend markets. They don't always have big marketing budgets or SEO strategies. They deserve to be found.
