Lucky Three Seven stands as Oakland's pioneering brick-and-mortar Filipino restaurant, founded in 2013 by cousins Mark Legaspi and Artger "Jun" Anabo with their Auntie Cielito. This East Oakland institution gained legendary status for its G-Fire Wings, adapted from the grandmother's recipe, and its role in introducing authentic Filipino flavors to Oakland's diverse community. The restaurant's vibrant exterior displays the Philippine flag colors, while the interior features family portraits and graffiti art celebrating East Bay culture.

Lucky Three Seven transcends being just a restaurant, serving as a community hub that hosts annual Christmas food giveaways and collects school supplies for Oakland youth. Despite tragedy when co-owner Anabo was killed in 2022, the restaurant continues his legacy of community service and cultural pride.
